In the early stages certain multi vitamins may have been shown to reduce the rate of progression of some of these macular changes.
There are many types of multivitamins on the market and include:
– Bausch and Lomb Preservation complete/AREDS 2
– Macushield
– Icaps
Unfortunately, for some macular changes there are no treatments.
